Payment and transfer of the deceased An invoice will be attached to the email. The transfer of the deceased will be carried out upon receipt of payment.

I acknowledge that I have provided, to the best of my knowledge, complete and accurate information necessary for the preparation of the file and administrative procedures. I understand that this authorization allows Simplicia Cremation to carry out the transportation of the deceased, as well as the steps required for the preparation of the cremation, in accordance with the selected services. I release Simplicia Cremation, its representatives, and partners from any liability related to the information provided or decisions made under this authorization.
